-On January 10th Bob presented our Galapagos program to the Scholarship Group at Anthem Ranch in Broomfield, Colorado.
-On February 5th Bob was at the Aurora Society of Photographers http://auroraphotoclub.org/index.html. He presented our popular Colorado Mountain Towns program and stayed to judge the club’s monthly member image submissions.
-On March 20th Bob presented our newest progarm on Photographing the Peruvian Amazon to the Mile High Wildlife Photo Club in Denver. He stayed to judge the club members's monthy images. http://www.mhwpc.org/
-We have entered into a relationship with the High Plains Library District. Bob presented a program on basic digital photography on March 13 at the Centennial Park Library in Greeley, on April 3rd at the Library in Erie, Colorado and on April 15th at the Riverside Library in Evans Colorado. He will also be doing a presentation on Colorado Mountain Towns. The Mountain Town presentation is part of the Erie local history program and will be on October 18 at 7:00 PM at the Erie Community Center.
- April 20th found Bob back at Pickens Tech judging the annual state wide SPOC photo competition and talking with the Photography students about the profession.
-Bob returned to The Gardens at Spring Creek in Fort Collins on May 5th to do a program on macro photography. The Gardens are a wonderful place to practice close up shooting and this class was a lot of fun! http://www.fcgov.com/gardens/
-On May 10th Bob presented our ever popular "Travel Photography for Fun and Profit?" to the Flatirons Photo Club in Boulder http://flatironsphotoclub.org/. Following the program Bob participated in a critique of member images.
-Bob will present a Depth of Field and Hyperfocal workshop for the Urban Wildlife Photo Club at their June 5th meeting. http://www.couwpc.com/
-On June 11th Bob will present the Colorado Mountain Towns program to a combined Loveland (Colorado) Photographic Society and Fort Collins Digital Camera Club (Colorado) meeting. In addition he'll do a short presentation on the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Non Consumptive User Roundtable, a group of people and organizations interested in the work CPW does regarding wildlife and habitat. https://lps.cc/Default.aspx
- July 18th will be a presentation by Bob of our Galapagos program for the Windsor Gardens over 55 facility in Denver. http://windsorgardensdenver.org/
-We've started a relationship with the Rocky Mountain Conservancy, formerly the Rocky Mountain Nature Association. In July 2018 Bob will teach a three day Macro program. -On September 11, the Englewood Camera club will host Bob for a presentation. The topic will be our ever popular "Travel Photography for Fun and Profit?" . http://www.englewoodcameraclub.net/
Bob will present a fall color workshop, including a one day field trip, at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The planned dates are September 27th and Oct 4 for class sessions and September 29th for the field trip. The destination for the trip is not yet finalized but we're looking at Rocky Mountain National Park or another Front Range location.
