Iguanas are herbivorous lizards that are native to the Americas. Two of the species shown below, the land and marine iguanas, were photographed in the Galapagos and are wild. The third species, the blue iguana is endemic to the Cayman Islands and endangered. The individual shown was photographed in a captive environment. The fourth species, green iguana was photography in the, albeit an urban environment, in Belize.
